Runner-ups:
So what generalist community does the light novel community belong to? /c/literature, /c/novels, /c/books?
I believe Oshi No Ko’s community is on lemmy.ml, as well as Sword Art Online’s (I think SAO’s !swordartonline@lemmy.ml?)
Speaking of SAO, LiSA’s “crossing field” gives me nostalgia every time HAHA
If anime openings is to be talked about, I like a bunch:
I usually download the openings to the anime immediately after I watch them so that I can get my dose of anime nostalgia any time, so yeah
You definitely got a new subscriber here! I use Obsidian for my worldbuilding and it’s neat!
Then the catchphrase of Lemmy then will be: Lemmy share my thoughts
As much as I am a fan of Spy x Family and Violet Evergarden, they are more for more mature audiences as they have quite the adult themes. Violet Evergarden is set in a war world and although the story is not set in the war itself, the flashbacks (especially THAT scene during the attack on the fortress) are nonetheless too violent.
Spy x Family might seem like a wholesome family anime but it has underlying political and war themes. Bond’s arc as well as Yor’s assassination techniques in Ep 2 is something that I would not really recommend to a nine year-old kid. There’s car explosions and use of dogs for warfare
