Yeah I see that and it’s so sad cause we could actually be so happy if we would work together and be kind to each other.

See it is as if you want to argue over any price. You’re literally looking to fight with someone but I’m not. All I’m thinking is: why? It’s very immature
Don’t be an asshole, lmao. You complain about Americans being bloodthirsty fucks and then you turn around and act like the typical “snooty, judgmental and condescending euro-prick” stereotype we have here in the states.
I’m glad you were posting this cause that’s a great example of exactly what I meant. It’s just insulting, hateful and fully unconstructive. It was just a matter of time till one of these posts came. First calling me stereotyping and now an asshole and “snooty, judgmental and condescending euro-prick" lol
I know someone who moved to America. I think she’s living there for over 10 years now and she basically told me the opposite that she always thought the media was exaggerating this but when she moved there she actually experienced multiple shootings (where they were evacuated in school and she even heard gunshots in her neighborhood) which made her to not go alone anymore. In Europe the concept of owning a gun alone seems unimaginable.
With that I meant that I wasn’t surprised that someone will be offended and condemn me as stereotyping even though I stated multiple times that that’s not my intention. I’m saying if anyone has critique towards Europe I’m very open and interested in it as well. But like I mentioned, if any it’s just proving what I said
Where’s my million dollars?
Those are the best people though and they should make the newspaper imo. Life is too short and valuable to deal with hate, we should embrace being kind to each other more. Nothing better than having a smile because some random stranger did something kind. That is what makes it worth living for me!
I definitely agree. I think this increasing cooperate greed is a global thing and people generally become more depressed. I really don’t wanna bash on Americans as this is just my experience but to me it feels like the amount of hatred from Americans is not even close to the rest of the world. Maybe I’m wrong here but to me it feels like they become less human…
I hope it is just a minority. I remember when I once asked on Reddit why so many Americans like Donald Trump considering all the things he has done and said and they were saying it’s just a very small minority and that they personally don’t know any one who likes him. Turns out he got the popular vote making him president again. So that seemed quite detached from reality.
What do you mean by “identify as American”?
Typical answer. I wasn’t trying to stereotype but just share my experience. I haven’t experienced this type of hate here in Europe and it was a noticeable difference for me. But of course you are very welcomed to share your bad experiences with Europeans with us as long as it’s constructive.
Nah you’re good and you’re right on that. There definitely is growing hate and problems across the world and it definitely only helps if everyone is trying to fix themselves first instead of blaming the other side.
Appreciate you opening up on that, that gives me a better understanding and perspective.
