What often helps me is body doubling in a video call. Either with a coworker or a friend.
3·2 years agoI find it odd that this article (this study?) seems to assume, or at least heavily imply, that the causation is “weight gain -> changes in the brain”, and not maybe “changes in the brain -> weight gain”.
