Edgerunners is good but short.
There is an Altered Carbon animated series; I liked Altered Carbon but I never actually watched the animated one so I’m not sure how good it is.
Cowboy Bebop only has 1 or 2 episodes with a focus on comedy (but Mushroom Samba is the best episode, and I will die on this hill).
Trigun.
Ghost in the Shell.
Neon Genesis, Big O, Voltron, or really any giant mecha series other than FLCL.
