I’m just wondering if the mods are sleeping or if they think Islamophobia is acceptable.

People deserve the chance of making fools of themselves in public.

It’s not a phobia. And it is indeed acceptable to mock religious cults

Firstly, you don’t know what phobia means. https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/phobia#Noun

Secondly, if 550 people die and your instinct is to insult their religion, then no, I don’t think that’s acceptable at all.

I’m starting to have a bad feeling about this sub. I just noticed that one of the mods deletes all their comments after one day.

This is the place for discussing the potential collapse of modern civilization and the environment.

Collapse, in this context, refers to the significant loss of an established level or complexity towards a much simpler state. It can occur differently within many areas, orderly or chaotically, and be willing or unwilling. It does not necessarily imply human extinction or a singular, global event. Although, the longer the duration, the more it resembles a ‘decline’ instead of collapse.
