Maybe the water was acidic from pollution, could be just the different source. Either way, they should have thought it out and could have treated the pH of the water. And sure, the aging infrastructure is bullshit. The entire thing was completely unnecessary too, basically Republicans who wanted to fuck people over out of hatred and spite, as far as I could tell.
