In the early 90s, there was a saturday morning cartoon called Captain N: The Game Master. It was about a kid who was whisked away to the magical Videoland where he met a bunch of characters from popular NES games. And many of these episodes included characters from Castlevania.
So this is what Dracula and his son Alucard looked like:
And this is what Simon Belmont looked like:
As you can see, these character designs were terrible. Or at least, they had nothing to do with the actual games. Castlevania games usually try to make Dracula at least a little bit intimidating. But not this Dracula. It’s easily the worst Dracula in the entire Castlevania franchise.
Time for me to ruin the joke by explaining it!
