What is it?
It looks like Seitan. At least that’s what my seitan looked like when I made some once.

Y’know… It looks simple. It’s not fancy, it’s not super duper well presented, it’s not covered in side dishes that tie the whole thing together… It’s… Humble, and I’d eat that with the biggest smile on my face!
