        I recommend a food manager safety certificate course! Learn how to store food, shift food around in a kitchen, that you need to send sick people home when they are sick, and also about Typoid Mary a lot for reasons that seem odd.

        Also learn about hair nets!

        Bro, you don’t have a meat hole? Like…this is basic kitchen shit. Move your fridge. There should be a hole under there to store your meat. Cold air stays low to the ground. So it just collects all the cold air and keeps your food cold, sort of like cellars were used in the olden days. If not, you should install one yourself. Just google meat hole, you’ll see what I’m talking about…
