Thereā€™s definitely some additional nuance (like a pronouns in bio/username situation) but this should cover the broad needs of anyone who is approaching this with good faith.

    use ā€œMs or Mrsā€

    1. It was Miss for unmarried women before Ms was coined and popularised for ā€œnone of your business whether Iā€™m married or notā€ so Ms was acceptable regardless
    2. Doesnā€™t Mrs look like itā€™s missing a possessive apostrophe, a Mrā€™s woman?

And your main point, degender the male pronouns, it wouldnā€™t work. ā€œManā€ used to mean people, male men and female men and child men ā€“ boys and girls ā€“ had different words, some of which are still around. Thatā€™s why people say thereā€™s nothing gendered in ā€œchairmanā€ (which 50 years ago was logically equal to ā€œchairpersonā€, unless you count other species as people).
