Buying property in Frome is really expensive:
Wait wait wait! I dont think people want you to buy property in Frome, they want you to buy Frome as a city. Did you look up whether buying the whole lot would be cheaper than buying isolated properties? It may sound irrational but sometimes it’s cheaper to buy rechargeable batteries in a pack with a charger than without a charger.

Well I already own the bedrock under my garage, and I’m pretty sure that layer extends up towards east Somerset, so I technically already own the freehold of Frome already. Just waiting for them to send me my landlord crown through the post. Anyday now.

We should probably deal with the fragmentation before it becomes a bigger problem.
Does lemmy have an equivalent to multi-reddits, and more importantly, do they collate across instances?

No that’s fine, they can remain separate. I’m looking for the ability to combine them client-side.
UPDATE: Found a github ticket requesting it, but I don’t believe it’s been implemented.
A few clients have it, but it’s app-dependent. Piefed has feeds as well: https://piefed.social/feeds
