The researchers found that those who drank the banana smoothie had 84% lower levels of flavanols in their bodies compared to the control.
This is probably an unpopular opinion but I don’t really like banana in smoothie, it gives it a mealy texture in my opinion. It can also be a bit too sweet. I prefer fruits that are sweet but with a bit of tartness, bananas don’t have that though they’re just sweet, and also mealy.
