While mixing my dough tonight I forgot to add the yeast. I noticed after it “rose” for an hour. I went ahead and added the yeast, but it did not rise during baking. It was still good though.
Looks like a tasty pizza. I love black olives as a topping.
Thin crust is best crust
My ideal pizza is a near paper thin crust in the center but with a nice fat edge, stuffed with cheese or garlic butter.
I have tried stuffed crust but I have never managed to get melted cheese inside. The cheese just disappears.

My two favorites! I like olives alone, but I only do green peppers with olives.

Love those two, sometimes I’ll do some sundried tomato or banana peppers too depending on the mood.
As a vegetarian myself I passionately hate olives. Not sure why, they just taste disgusting to me. Oddly enough I love olive oil though.
I only like the crappy black olives from a can.
