    Don’t know about any apps, but the only way to browse a particular instance is to have an account there, or to subscribe to everything and brows subscriptions. There are some external tools, like lemmyexplorer that allow you to see what communities exist, there are some tools that help with converting a link to your home instance too, but nothing built in to the standard experience.

    The fediverse symbol in by comments and posts is a link for the comment or post from the home instance of that comment.

      Yeah, I think your right. I’m either gonna have to start looking at this on a browser more often, or just make a 2nd acc over hear to make lazy phone browsing either. I’ll also dig into some of the 3rd party apps, and see if it might have anything that can help me.

      I just wanna say that I really appreciate you giving me all these tips and stuff. I consider myself pretty tech-centric, but I don’t have any experience with social media (not even reddit!) so…it helps quite a bit. Glad to see the furry instances are just as warm, welcoming, and fuzzy as ever!
