I have to say, the sound design in that game continues to be amazing. Everything. All sounds.

I always think back to this article. This bit is especially true:
first, even finding out where the discussion is happening is difficult, because channels are opaque; discord doesn’t have any sort of “this channel is home to 50% of the server’s activity” or “10 people messaged this channel in the last few hours” indicator, so you have to go through each one individually and check.
For me it quickly becomes overwhelming and I stop checking in on discords. But I’m getting off topic here.
Hah! Searching images with text is nearly impossible, but I did see a Martok image about doing battle against depression.
It can be! I bought a HOTAS for this game (thrustmaster x16000 I think it’s called). I also played a little bit with VR, and I never took my eyes off the game the whole time I was plugged in. My PC only just managed to handle VR mind.
Nice one! I think this small server needs more general communities for the time being - there’s a risk of too many communities for too few people. It’s something I remember from an article about Discord, which can really suffer from that problem. I’d make a general/chat community were it not for the fact I’d have to moderate it. In the mean time I might post something to this community later.

I was browsing kbin.social, and decided to check out my lemmy account. Looks like the NSFW filters aren’t being sent over or displayed using kbin properly. https://kbin.social/u/@Capydeev@pawb.social <- you can see that my posts suddenly become uncensored after the 14th. But on this lemmy profile they’re all flagged as NSFW.
Edit: Think I might hold fire on NSFW posting until I know that glitch is sorted. Sorry to any unsuspecting kbin users.
Thanks! Definitely check out Sassypant’s gallery if you haven’t already - they’ve got lots of portraits in this style.
No I can’t see an image on Lemmy.
I’m following the furry community on yiffit.net using my mastodon account, and I saw a post show up on my mastodon feed. So I opened up the thread in another tab, and I’ve been faving/unfaving the mastodon post… and the score on Lemmy goes up/down immediately. So yeah, it looks like faves from mastodon are translated into upvotes on Lemmy.
I’ve also seen likes on my PixelFed notifications come in from Kbin.social users on this post that I sent to Lemmy from there - I’m assuming those were upvotes on their end.
I’m now thinking that some of the upvotes on that thread are actually likes and shares from mastodon. Edit: this might only be the case for new posts.
animalshapes made my avatar! A commission for me.
Oh I used to love Spore so much back in the day. Even made an Adventure! I managed to remember my old profile name! Not much left there now sadly.

Plasma Cutter - chiptune, I forgot about that one.
I know of and follow a few on twitter. A lot of capy sonas and OCs are popular among the Brazilian members of the community.
Oh by the way, EatingHawaiianPizza, by tagging in ‘Furry’ (furry @ pawb.social) your toot has been posted to the furry lemmy (reddit clone) community on pawb.social! https://pawb.social/post/59343 Not sure if you were aware.
I remember a viral post on Twitter from someone listing nothing but complaints about Mastodon/federation which was written after the big furry instance, snouts.online, imploded. This was a few years ago. I’ll admit it made me skeptical about the fediverse, but after actually trying it out for myself it’s not as bad as that thread made out. Might be that that thread is still in the back of people’s minds when they consider twit alternatives.
