I’m pretty sure that isn’t an AI pic, it looks like a quick and dirty cut and paste composition. Which is probably why the grass looks so weird, they just grabbed some random picture of grass and used the magic select tool to put it in the foreground

Both have epicanthal folds/monolids. It’s harder to tell with the AI trump because he’s squinting.
