This is why I forced myself back into video games. Both doomscrolling and video games are a waste of time, but at least you get excitement and satisfaction from the former.
If you get excitement and satisfaction from video games, then they’re not a waste of time. It’s okay to just have some fun, and a feeling of satisfaction from a good gaming session can motivate you to do other stuff as well :3
